Grow Clinton is pleased to announce the selection of participants for the 2026 Grow Clinton Leadership Institute, a premier professional development program designed to cultivate informed, connected, and engaged community leaders throughout the Clinton Region.
The 2026 Leadership Institute class is made up of a diverse group of professionals representing businesses, financial institutions, and local government. Over the course of the program, participants will gain firsthand knowledge of the Clinton community, explore regional challenges and opportunities, and build meaningful relationships with fellow leaders and decision-makers.
“The Grow Clinton Leadership Institute is an investment in the future of our community,” said Stacy Borgeson, Director of Workforce Development and Talent Attraction, Grow Clinton. “Each class brings together individuals who are passionate about Clinton’s success and committed to strengthening our workforce, economy, and quality of life.”
The Leadership Institute curriculum includes sessions focused on economic development, workforce and education, local government, and community engagement. Participants also have opportunities to interact directly with local leaders and organizations while developing leadership skills they can apply both professionally and personally.
Since its inception, the Grow Clinton Leadership Institute has graduated numerous alumni who continue to play active roles in shaping the region’s future through civic involvement, board service, and community leadership.
Grow Clinton congratulates the members of the 2026 Leadership Institute class and looks forward to the impact they will make throughout the Clinton area.
