MercyOne Clinton Foundation is accepting health care scholarship applications for the 2025-2026 academic year. The foundation offers scholarships ranging from $250 to $1,500 to people interested in pursuing a career in health care. Clinton Community College, one of the Eastern Iowa Community Colleges, is hosting the 2025 Author Showcase on Wednesday, March 5. The event will be held at 11:30 in the CCC Library, 1000 Lincoln Blvd., Clinton, Iowa. Authors at the event include Lance Meier, Staci Marcado, and Jodie Toohey. The award was created in memory of CCC employee Connie Campbell of Camanche who passed away in June of 2006.
