Clinton Community College, one of the Eastern Iowa Community Colleges, is pleased to welcome the artwork of Conor McKinzey to the CCC Library Art Gallery. The exhibit will be in the gallery through January, 2025. The community is invited to visit the gallery at 1000 Lincoln Blvd., Clinton, Iowa. Clinton Community College is pleased to announce that the Bickelhaupt Arboretum is entering an exciting new phase of the renovations and enhancements project. The project is designed to create an education and events center that will provide a unique learning environment and a space for community events, ensuring that the vision of founders Bob and Frances Bickelhaupt lives on. Fulton High School won top honors in the 2024 Academic Quiz Bowl hosted by Clinton Community College, one of the Eastern Iowa Community Colleges. The Bellevue Marquette High School team earned second place. Central DeWitt got third place and Easton Valley rounded out the top four. In 2025, a total of $15,000 in scholarships will be awarded to 15 Ascentra student members to help offset the costs of attending postsecondary education through a college, university or trade program. The program includes awards for three different types of students.
