To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the windmill in Fulton, Illinois, the Volunteer Millers of De Immigrant Windmill will host a program by Bob Newton about the history of the tourist attraction on Thursday, May 29 at 6:00.Fulton’s De Immigrant windmill was built and assembled in the Netherlands.
