Clinton Engineering is looking to hire a full-time Construction Management Intern for Summer 2025.  

Applicants who are pursuing any level of college degree or trade program that focuses on construction management, engineering, or other construction trade are encouraged to apply. This will be a full-time role scheduled 32-40 hours per week, with a start date flexibility based on school timelines.

What can you expect in this role?

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have experience successfully managing multiple priorities? At Clinton Engineering, we are looking for highly motivated interns to assist our project managers and field supervisors with Construction Management. Interns will be based out of our location in Clinton, Iowa.

Under the supervision of a Project Manager, responsibilities will include:

  • Working onsite in various capacities assisting the Superintendents or Foreman
  • Scheduling of various contracts and materials
  • Learning more about the civil, building, and industrial industries

We are looking for an intern who possesses the following skills:
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet project deadlines
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
