8 AM - 5 PM (three days a week) 24 hour P/T job
Handyman skills will include painting, replacing doors and doorknobs, laying flooring, replacing lightbulbs, filters and vents. Also mowing, weeding and landscaping as needed. Will also clean out apartment after tenant checks out and do basic cleaning as needed.
Current driver's license required
