Job Responsibilities:
- Set up of company inventory and purchasing program, responsible for inventory of 2 warehouses and all company vehicle inventory
- Set up of company fleet program and responsible for all fleet management
- Assist field service manager with office duties to include pricing and pm contract quotes

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Past management experience
- Proficient in excel
- Experience in a trades field
- Background of inventory/purchasing knowledge
- Experience writing service contracts
- Dispatch knowledge
- 3-5 years office experience
- Marketing experience is a plus
Work Hours/Shift/Location:
- 1st shift (Monday – Friday)
- Savanna, IL
Wage:
- $60,000 + depending on skills/qualifications
