Karl Schmitz Memorial Award for Outstanding Ambassador (chosen by fellow Ambassadors)
​Qualifications:
1. Must be a member in good standing with Grow Clinton
2. Is willing to go above and beyond the requirements of being a good Ambassador
3. Must show extraordinary support and engagement for Grow Clinton activities and events.
4. Must be a good spokesperson for Grow Clinton both inside and outside place of business.
 
Al Wise Memorial Award for Outstanding Volunteer
​Qualifications:
1. Must be a member in good standing with Grow Clinton.
2. Must be active in both business and volunteer activities.
3. Must be involved in Grow Clinton activities.
4. Must have a deep commitment to Grow Clinton and the community.
 
Julie Allesee Community Leader of the Year
​Qualifications:
1. Must be a member in good standing with Grow Clinton.
2. Must have the ability to motivate others.
3. Must demonstrate a sense of responsibility, exercises effective communication skills, and has the ability to make decisions.
4. Must create and maintain a positive image.
5. Must demonstrate leadership in fostering economic progress and in human development.
6. Should have name recognition in the community.

Manager of the Year
​Qualifications:
1. Must be a member in good standing with Grow Clinton.
2. Must be visible in community activities.
3. Must be involved in Grow Clinton activities.
4. Should have name recognition in the community.
5. Member of one or more organizations within and around the community.

Small Business Person of the Year
​Qualifications:
1. Must be a member in good standing with Grow Clinton.
2. Must have 25 or fewer full-time employees.
3. The business should demonstrate innovation and/or growth and/or accomplished something significantly unique or important within the past year.
4. The business should demonstrate an ongoing commitment to quality service.
