Controller/  CFO

Direct Hire position
Preston, Iowa      $100,000 range based on experience
Full time,  1st shift  (Monday - Friday)

Strategic and hands on position that will be part of Leadership team.  Role is ideal for financial professional who can manage daily operations while helping guide long-term growth.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting and financial reporting
Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
Lead cash flow management and financial planning
Ensure compliance and internal controls
Partner with leadership on strategic decisions

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field  (CPA preferred)
5+ years of progressive experience  (manufacturing preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with financial systems and process improvement
