Learn Paper Quilling. Multipurpose Room. Saturday, March 8, 2025 1:30- 3 p.m.
Quilling, also known as Paper Filligree, is an art form created by rolling strips of paper. By rolling and guiding them to desired shapes, we can create beautiful art with intricate designs for various artistic and decorative purposes, including card-making, jewelry, and framed artwork.
This program will be presented by Ranjani Gopikrishna, a Rock Island, IL artist who teaches this art form. Registration is required and is open to ages 14+. Please register online or call (563) 242-5355.
